Abstract

Customer segmentation is the process of dividing customers into groups based on common characteristics. Segmentation is one of the key aspects of business decision support system. In order to grow the business intelligently in competitive market, identification of potential customer should be done timely. It can help a business to better understand its target audience. Segmentation helps marketers to be more efficient in terms of time, money and other resources. customer segmentation allows companies to learn about their customers. Regression analysis plays a key role in customer segmentation. By collecting the previous sales, products, customers information one can improve their company growth on a wider range and R studio is used for data visualization.
