The possibility of receiving the organo-mineral additives based on polymineral high-montmorillonite clays is considered. It is offered to use nonionic surface-active additives as an organic component. The organo-mineral additive is offered to be used in paints and dry building mortars (DBM) compositionas the structuring, thixotropic and dispersing additive.
The DBM composition has been developed, including lime, glass sand, modifying additives and organo-mineral agent. It is shown, that including organo-mineral additives allows to increase coating offset resistance.
