Abstract

Diverse heterocyclic analogues were assessed for their unique and assortment of biological activities that have prompted an intense study and exploration of these compounds. Out of them, the basic component of various synthetic compounds with differentiated therapeutic efficacy is the piperazinecore. This review article highlighted efforts of numerous scientists evaluating piprazine derivatives for various pharmacological activities. Several natural compounds like black pepper plant (Piper nigrum) contains piperazine nucleus. Its wide-ranging and potent activity proved it as biologically significant scaffold. One phrase removed from here according to comment This review chiefly engrossed the information on the piperazine derivatives which have been conveyed to display noteworthy biological actions such asanti-arrhythmic, anti-hypertensive, anti-platelet aggression, anti-depressant, anti-psychotic, anti-convulsant, anti-alzheimer, anti-parkinson, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, anxiolytic, anti-microbial, antimalarial, anti-activity and anti-proliferative activity.
