Abstract

Recently some researchers have developed many ways to improve digital watermarking capabilities such as robustness, imperceptibility, authentication, tamper-proofing… etc. This paper will be focusing on, how to insert an invisible digital watermark in an original image (cover content) with an optimal robust degree by using a Novel technique. How to extract the high-quality digital watermark from the marked image depending on error control approaches. How to save the watermark from the effects generated by processing the watermarked image. How to discover and reconstruct the tamper region in the watermarked image depending on the novel watermark technique. To develop a new intelligent model for digital watermarking, we proposed a hybrid approach (which combines the DWT, SVD, and NN) that will be used to protect the copyright of the digital content, to discover and recover the tamper/forged regions in the watermarked image. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme and extremely better robustness against attacks.
